Terms and conditions
Payments can be made via cash or BACS. You will receive a receipt along with your booking form in the post. Bookings can be made via E-mail or telephone and will be confirmed in writing as a booking form. You will receive two booking forms, one of which will be kept by you and the other to be sent back to myself with the deposit. Both booking forms require a signature. A booking is not confirmed until I have received my copy of the booking form and the deposit. I cannot accept responsibility for any booking forms or deposits should they get lost in the post.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is to be paid when sending the booking form back. The deposit secures your date and has a 14 day cooling off period should you wish to cancel.
The 20% deposit is in addition to the hair and/or makeup trial price and will be deducted from the total balance.
Payment for trials will be required on the day of the trial, in cash. The remaining balance is required to be paid before or on the day of the event via cash or BACS.
Any cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellation of the booking will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee if 4 weeks notice is given. If less than 4 weeks notice is given then the total cost is payable. This is agreed by you upon signing the booking form.
Prices for the trial and day are included if the venue is within a 20 mile radius of Royal Wootton Bassett. Travel outside of this radius will be charged at 0.45p per mile and will be added to the total due on your invoice.
